Teachers found this staff development useful. Running a tech 2, most people from tech 1 attending.
Award equipment to those teachers who are willing to attend staff development.
Partnered with a university to provide grad credit.
Tech coach an important part. Teachers who love technology volunteer to be coaches in the summer in order to get technology.
CFF is total separate program, had this in place before CFF.
Students Skype in to help teachers.
DI and UbD lessons on the web
Music teachers got iPods and digital recorders.
Everyone who went through tech 1 had to do peer sharing.
ABG grant paid for most of this training.
Go to vendors and see what kind of a deal we can get.
Start in September to plan the training. 94 teachers
k-12 and all specialty areas.
$1000 per participant for hardware
Partnered with college to offer 3 grad credits (district paid for 26 credits for $25000.00)
